Matt Leible, CEO
Matt founded Generation Outdoor, Inc. in 2004 . He’s been planning and buying Out–Of–Home media for the past fifteen years! His experience and expertise in the field has lead to a cover article in Advertising Age in 2000 where he was named an “up–and–comer”. Additionally, he was also recognized as a Media Maven by Advertising Age in 2004 and was described as an “innovator” in his field. Most recently, Matt has become a proud member of the Board of Directors for the Traffic Audit Bureau. Aside from this, Matt is also a proud papa of his own "generation".
Keith Stewart, Vice President–New York
Keith joined Generation Outdoor, Inc. in 2005 shortly after its opening. He has been in the Out-of-Home industry for 12 years and in the Advertising industry for 16 years overall. His experience over the years has not only included planning and buying OOH media for many high profile clients, but also account management and production services. When not working to make Generation Outdoor the best planning and buying shop in the industry, he can be found spending time with his amazing family.
Kristin Carlin, Vice President–Los Angeles
Kristin joined Generation Outdoor, Inc. in 2008 and has twelve years of Out–Of–Home experience. Though a Queens lady through and through, Kristin moved to Los Angeles eight years ago and, true to her roots, still rides the subway. Kristin is not a Media Maven nor a Dinosaur and does not write for The GOGO, but she is a second–generation Out–Of–Homer and has been involved in the industry, in one way or another, all her life.
Tracey Marshak Blank, Account Manager
Tracey has been a member of Generation Outdoor, Inc. since August of 2007. She has been planning and buying Out–Of–Home for over 11 years now. Prior to this, she was a media planner on the agency side but soon realized she wanted to focus on just one media form, Outdoor Advertising, and so her journey in this industry began. Although she may not yet hold any industry titles at this time, she has recently added the title of “Mom” to her resume.
Mira Almonor, Operations Manager
Mira joined Generation Outdoor, Inc. in 2006, but has been in the Out-Of-Home industry since 1994. Throughout her OOH career, she has worked in Operations as well as in Sales, where she managed contracts and trafficking. Prior to working in OOH, she worked in the entertainment industry for a number of years before finding her true niche in outdoor advertising. She has been married to her husband Karl for 15+ years and is amazed that her marriage has outlasted some of her Coach bags.
Jaime Elejalde , Account Executive
Jaime has been in the OOH industry for several years starting with an internship in 2008. After a degree in marketing and a few years of learning the business on the sales side, Jaime became a member of Generation Outdoor team in 2011. It’s been over heard that Jaime is actually “in love with the Out-Of-Home industry”. His time away from Generation Outdoor is spent on the soccer field or golf course or being with his friends and family.
